The Makarov pistol or PM (Russian: ???????? ????????, Pistolet Makarova, literally Makarov's Pistol) is a Russian semi-automatic pistol. Under the project leadership of Nikolay Fyodorovich Makarov, it became the Soviet Union's standard military and police side arm from 1951 to 1991. This superceded the TT33 Tokarev and is basically an enlarged, more powerful Russian 'clone' of the Walther PPK.
In airsoft terms, this is a full metal heavyweight construction non-blowback replica with ABS grips, the real-steel weight of this pistol will amaze you, it's the very first thing you notice. It is powered with industry standard 12g CO2 cartridges producing a velocity of over 400FPS in warmer weather, so be aware!
